Health Care Development Services, Inc. (HCDS) is a health care industry management consulting firm. We have been helping our hospital and healthcare system clients with laboratory and pathology issues since 1981. As management consultants with 25 years of experience with difficult operational and organizational issues, we know what it takes to be a successful pathologist medical director or administrative laboratory leader.

PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES

We will provide a range of compensation based on their experience, responsibilities, and education. The compensation ranges will reflect base salary and bonus based on regional variability. We will also advise them whether we are conducting active searches for individuals with their career background.
