Health Care Development Services, Inc. (HCDS) is a health care industry management consulting firm. We have been helping our hospital and healthcare system clients with laboratory and pathology issues since 1981. As management consultants with 25 years of experience with difficult operational and organizational issues, we know what it takes to be a successful pathologist medical director or administrative laboratory leader.

The compensation ranges will reflect base salary and bonus based on regional variability.
